之前我們為大家介紹過了廢水的一些基本特征以及危害,大家都知道,印染行業的廢水以有機污染為主,成分比較復雜,而且它的可生化性普遍比較差,目前主要的處理方法以生物處理法為主,同時輔助一些預處理和物理、化學的深度處理。今天我們主要來講一下治理的幾種方法,使用不銹鋼過濾網,幫助我們凈化受到污染的水源。廢鉻液處理:在采用印花工藝的印染廠中,印花滾筒鍍筒時要使用重鉻酸鉀等物質,滾筒剝鉻時會產生鉻污染,這些含鉻的廢水必須要進行單獨處理,以控制鉻的污染。中和:印染廢水的pH值很高,除了使用調節池進行均化之外,一般還要設置一個中和池,主要對廢水的pH值進行處理,使其滿足后續生產工藝的需求。調節:印染廢水的處理流程中通常都會設置調節池,其作用是均化水質、水量,防止纖維屑、漿料物質等沉淀于池底,池內一般使用水力、空氣或機械設備來進行攪拌,水力的停留時間為7小時左右。染料濃腳水預處理:染色換品種的時候排放出的染料廢水數量少,但是濃度很高,要對這一部分的廢水進行單獨處理,可以減少廢水的濃度。
